1. Print all entries legibly.
2. List all swimmers in the proper age group and sex.
3. Swimmers without birth date entered are ineligible to compete until birth date is entered.
4. All roster additions must be made by Friday evening in order for the swimmer to be eligible to swim Monday night.

5. If a non-roster swimmer competes in a dual meet, all points scored by the swimmer, including relays, will be voided. The final score will be adjusted.
6. Rosters along with the “Membership Certification” must be delivered by 9:00 pm Friday, June 19, 2009 to Rick Kosak, 304 Forest Hill Circle, Reading, PA 19606.
7. Any Additions must be made by 9:00 pm, the Friday prior to a “Dual Meet” for those additions to be eligible for the following Monday “Dual Meet”.
8. If making roster additions in person, please call before leaving to make sure I am home. (610-370-2764)
9. Your pool will be billed for the total number of swimmers on your roster @ $2.00 per swimmer and will be due with your County entries.
10. A swimmer’s name on the roster is not subject to removal except for extraordinary circumstances, reviewed on a case by case basis by BCSA.
